Convenient Product. Design could be slightly improved.
I received my order recently and overall I'm fairly happy with it. It does hold heat well but not at the degree of heat I had hoped for. I bought the correct size for my body size, I'm on the smaller end of the scale for the size I bought and when using the product on my stomach area, the velcro at the back overhangs a bit. This is a bit scratchy and annoying when I move around and my arms brush up against it, especially the sharp corners of the velcro. I've started folding the end of the velcro strap back over itself so it doesn't have a sharp scratchy corner loose. I think this issue could be resolved by having a soft fabric tab attached to either end of the velcro straps.

Surpassed expectations
My wife suffers from severe back pain and we were buying 4-6 disposable heat packs a day because no other reusable one would stay in place. The design of this product is perfect, the velcro holds tight, the shape stays up high on the hips exactly where it needs to, it never slips, is comfortable and stays warm for a long time. We will be buying a spare and some for my inlaws.
