Perfect item for a loved one with abdominal pain
I havent used it myself - however I got this for my lovely partner as a birthday present as she sufferes from bad abdominal pain. She is head over heels for it and it's one of the most lovely presents for loved ones who have abdominal pain for various reasons. Can not rate highly enough! - Ben

Such a releif
I ordered this following an endo surgery to help manage pain. I love I can wear it, working from home but it doesn't fall down and need to be picked up all the time. Husband has lower back pain and is already trying to steal it.

Waste of money
I was so excited for this product because not only is the design innovative but they were from an Australian brand that had some amazing reviews. However upon receiving this product (about a year ago now) as my chosen birthday present, I soon realized it was not very durable. I only had this heat pack for one month before it started to melt in the microwave, it wasn't just my parents microwave though it also happened with my own microwave and my grandparents microwave. I had to stop using it as it melted both the plastic strap part and the fabric itself on multiple occasions, creating the most horrible smell. I now continue to use an old heat pack I got from the pharmacy five years ago and It takes the temperature of my microwave perfectly fine just wish it had the strap of your products:(

Great product and service
The hot and cold pack, arrived quickly, is quick to heat and easy to wear. It is not too heavy so comfortable to wear while walking.
