So great
I was so excited to buy these products. Especially to support a business run by fellow spoonies. The shape of the neck hot and cold pack is perfectly designed no more trying to dangle a regular heat pack on your shoulders. The wearable hot and cold pack was amazing I was a bit worried that it may not be big enough, it was definitely big enough with a lot of extra room. I would still recommend following the size chart though. Looking forward to buying more items in the future.

Great Gift
After loving my own neck pack, gifting one to my mum was a must! She struggles with tight shoulders, and recurring headaches and migraines, and she was super excited to try it hot or cold. Cold would be perfect for summer.

Great design
Great fit and was used as a gift and she loved the pattern and said it was super comfy around her neck. Only gave it 4 stars as it was a birthday present but they sent the wrong design so was late in getting to her and stuffing around having to return the wrong one they sent was an inconvenience I should not have had to go through.
