We love hot/cold packs and our Lupin filled My-Grain Mask is no exception! Just like our other products this can be heated up or placed in the freezer to use warm or cold.

Lupins do not smell or sweat when heated! In fact, you probably haven't even heard of them! This is because they’re a secret! Lupin filled Heat Packs have an impressive list of benefits that make them THE GOAT for heat packs.
- They are natural, 100% Australian grown and don't have any chemicals so they're safe to use
- They retain heat longer than wheat and rice filled heat packs.
- They don’t sweat while you're trying to get comfy.
For ultimate chillin', they can also be used as a cold pack. Just place it into a freezer bag and store in the freezer.
Measuring approx 50-55cm in circumference when worn comfortably. Does have elastic with extra stretch however it may not fit comfortably when stretched more than this

‘Healing Land’ - This work represents bush medicine healing. First Nations people have been sustaining the land and it’s people for thousands of years. Traditional bush medicine and healing is a way of life and is still used and practiced by First Nations people today. Healing on Country and remedies from ancient stories have been handed down through the generations for more than 50,000 years. These traditional forms of healing include the use of traditional healers, healing songs, healing smoking ceremonies and bush medicines. The land holds healing and we come from the land.

Love it!
This is my second My-Grain mask. I use them when I get migraines. They work best on my forehead and the back of my neck. There are the perfect size, lovely soft material and keep cool for a long time. I bought this as a back up for when my first warms up too much and I need sooner more cooling. Love all my Spoonie Society goodies!

My-Grain mask
Love it, I’ve been alternating it as a cold pack for my eyes and other times lightly heated before bed time. I also found it handy as frozen for when I was self injecting for IVF treatment (the size of the my-grain mask was perfect for injection sites).
