RETURNS POLICY

We are sure you will love all our Spoonie products just as much as we do but if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase we will happily provide you with store credit (excluding shipping) within 7 days of receiving your product.

Please keep in mind to be eligible for us to accept your return, the below requirements must be met;

 - The item is unworn, brand new condition with original packaging (this includes sleeves, boxes, bookmarks and all)*

 - The item is unworn, brand new condition with no marks or stains (including make up, tan, deodorant etc.)*

 - The item is returned within 7 days of receiving your purchase

 - The item was not purchased on sale

 *Face masks & Menstrual cup cannot be returned for hygiene purposes

PLEASE NOTE: 

 - Once your return is received, please allow up to 5 business days processing time for our team to contact you via email

 - Sale items are not eligible for returns

 - We do not offer refunds for non faulty items

 - We cannot offer direct exchanges

 - All return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer (except if the item is deemed faulty)

RETURNS

To start the process, please contact our support team at info@thespooniesociety.com.au and include the following details

 - Full Name

 - Order Number

 - Reason for return

- Picture detailing the product fault

Once we have received this information we will issue a returns form for you to print out and include in your return.

We recommend using a tracking service to monitor your return as you are responsible for the return reaching us safely. 

SALE ITEMS

Sale items cannot be refunded. Please choose carefully. 

 

*Please note we cannot apply discounts once orders are placed and orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
