We are sure you will love all our Spoonie products just as much as we do but if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase we will happily provide you with store credit (excluding shipping) within 7 days of receiving your product.
Please keep in mind to be eligible for us to accept your return, the below requirements must be met;
- The item is unworn, brand new condition with original packaging (this includes sleeves, boxes, bookmarks and all)*
- The item is unworn, brand new condition with no marks or stains (including make up, tan, deodorant etc.)*
- The item is returned within 7 days of receiving your purchase
- The item was not purchased on sale
- The item is not a digital product
- Once your return is received, please allow up to 5 business days processing time for our team to contact you via email
- Sale items are not eligible for returns
- We do not offer refunds for non faulty items
- We cannot offer direct exchanges
- All return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer (except if the item is deemed faulty)
- If the item is deemed faulty it needs to be returned to us within 7 days. If it is not posted back within this time frame we cannot guarantee that you will receive a refund or credit note
- Please note we cannot apply discounts once orders are placed and orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

- Picture detailing the product fault
Once we have received this information we will issue a returns form for you to print out and include in your return.
We recommend using a tracking service to monitor your return as you are responsible for the return reaching us safely.
