We sing, celebrate and dance about Country. This work symbolises the variety of traditional food and medicine sources such as various native plants, grains, fruits, vegetables and spices on Country. Through a complex system of land management using fire, the life cycles of native plants, farming and agricultural techniques ensured plentiful wildlife and plant sources. I haven't needed to use my-grain mask yet but tried it on to ensure it wasn't heavy on the eyes, and it's not!! Will purchase the wrap around hot & cold pack next.

A relief

This migraine mask is awesome. Not only does it soothe when I put it in the freezer but it blocks out the light. The elastic is a great length, it doesn’t squeeze of add extra pressure to my head.

Perfect for headaches

My daughter experiences headaches regularly. I bought the My- Grain mask and she finds it so good. It doesn’t over heat the eyelids or feel heavy.
